Candace Greenberg-Thompson is an artist living and working in Lancaster, PA. She is a high school visual arts teacher, a mother, a wife, a yogi, and a collector of images. She has been drawing all her life, and is enamored with the physical act of drawing and the directness of the drawn line in documenting fleeting experiences. Candace uses a wide range of drawing, painting, and printmaking media to create naturalistic and abstract works characterized by layers and organic line. She holds a BS in Art Education from Millersville University, an MFA in Studio Art from Maryland Institute College of Art, and was an artist-in-residence at the Ragdale Foundation in Lake Forest, IL. Candace has most recently exhibited in Lancaster, Carlisle, and Alexandria, VA.
